Library of Scales
This web page is a library a psychiatric rating scales. The scales are either in the public domain, or permission has been given by the scale's developers for inclusion in the library. Scales that are included with permission of the authors are marked by an asterisk (*). These authors have granted permission for their scales only to be used by clinicians in their individual clinical practice, and to researchers for use in non-industry related studies. Any other uses of the scales represent a potential violation of copyright. Scale developers who wish to include their measure in the library should contact Mark Zimmerman at mzimmerman@lifespan.org
